ANDREA L. MEROLLA-SIMISTER was born in Providence, Rhode Island.   Admitted in 2009, she is a member of the bar in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and U.S. District Court, District of Rhode Island.

Ms. Merolla-Simister’s scope of practice is in civil litigation, with a focus on medical malpractice defense and advocating on behalf of health care providers and facilities. This includes counseling health care professionals in all legal matters, as well as in professional licensure investigations. In addition, she conducts educational lectures for medical providers on numerous legal issues that impact their practices. She has extensive trial experience resulting in a number of defense verdicts. She is a practicing and trained mediator, certified by the Center for Mediation & Collaboration Rhode Island, and is well-skilled in the art of negotiation. Ms. Merolla-Simister earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Roger Williams University School of Law, where she was Vice President of the Moot Court Board and a member of the trial team. She is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. As a partner she looks forward to expanding her practice and continuing her commitment to providing our clients with the highest quality legal representation.
